Wikipedia called Piccalilli an “English interpretation of Indian pickles”, these are made by Homecrafts in Par, so could be called a Cornish produced English interpretation of Indian pickles. Anyway it goes great with a ploughmans, in a scotch egg or simply spread it on a sandwich.
